Kaden received his Business/Finance degree from Concordia University, Moorhead in 2023. 

He joined Arrow Companies as a property manager in May of 2023. 

As part of his developing interest in real estate, he received his real estate license in February of 2024. 

He enjoys spending time outside at the lake and is an avid pickle ball and bags (cornhole) player.
